Dorothy graduated from Trinity College Dublin, where she studied law with a focus on corporate and investment markets. After university, she worked for several years at a law firm, handling banking transactions and helping companies build proper legal structures. But the dry corporate routine quickly lost its appeal, and Dorothy decided to switch to remote work to spend more time with her family.
Today, Dorothy combines her legal expertise, including here on our website, with her role as an editor. She helps us dig into the fine print of broker documentation, identify potential violations, and ensure that our materials meet international standards. She explains why certain clauses matter and how they can affect the investor. When needed, she spots vulnerabilities even in agreements that seem flawless at first glance.
